Refund Policy
When money comes back, how much, and how it is worked out.

The short version
Messages you have already sent are not refundable. Messages you bought and have not sent can be.
If we close your account
If we terminate your account, we refund the messages you paid for and did not use. This happens whether the account was closed for a breach of our rules or for any other reason: you keep the value of what you bought and did not receive.
The refund is worked out separately for each purchase, at the price you actually paid for that purchase. If you bought a package and used part of it, we refund the unused proportion of that package. A package you used entirely is not refunded. A package you never touched is refunded in full.
Because packages are priced at different rates per message, this is calculated per purchase rather than as an average, so the size of the package you bought is reflected in what comes back.
What is not refunded
- Messages you have sent.
- Free messages, which were never paid for and have no cash value.
- Messages that have expired, which lapse rather than becoming refundable.
- Any purchase we can show was made fraudulently.
If you ask for a refund
Write to our support address and tell us your account email and what you are asking about. We will look at the purchase and reply.
We do not currently operate an automatic self-service refund. Refunds outside account closure are considered case by case, and this section will be revised once that process is settled.
How a refund reaches you
A refund is returned through the payment processor to the payment method used for the purchase. We cannot send it anywhere else.
We record a refund as owed to you at the moment we approve it, and as settled only when the payment processor confirms it. If the processor declines or delays the return, our record still shows what you are owed, and we will tell you.
How long the money takes to appear is decided by the processor and your bank, not by us.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster. An account with an open chargeback may be suspended while it is investigated.
